The Master

Street performer “Flow” Lai Yee in preparation for his first indoor show that began an 18 date residency during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Already competing with a much smoother surface in contrast to the concrete he is used to performing on, upon arrival we found that a recent cleaning had left the wooden floor covered with a slick residue.
These pictures capture the tranquility and professionalism of Lai Yee during the tense six hours spent mopping, preparing the music, warming up, and analyzing the room before showtime.
